Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • Do the Loyalty Points have any cash value?

Loyalty Points have no cash value and may not be exchanged for monetary value. They can only be redeemed in our store, and cannot be resold, exchanged, refunded or transferred.

  • How do I check my Loyalty Points balance?

You can check your Loyalty Points Balance in your Account Dashboard. Simply log in here with your email and password.

  • How do I collect Loyalty Points?

Click on the bottom tab that says “Share & Earn!”. Log into your account and click on “Earn More Points”. You may then choose any of the multiple options there to earn points.

  • How do I redeem my Loyalty Points?

Click on the bottom tab that says “Share & Earn!”. Log into your account and click on “Spend Your Points”. Under the “Rewards” tab, you may then click on the reward item listed to spend your points. That reward item will then appear in your shopping cart once you have added your first product in our store.

  • Can I get a refund or exchange for the product I bought using my Loyalty Points?

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or returns on products bought using your Loyalty Points.

  • Is there an expiry date for your Loyalty Points?

No, there isn’t an expiry date and all Loyalty Points will continue to accumulate unless you refund or return a product.

Terms & Conditions

Reward Items :
Products within our store available to be obtained in exchange for Loyalty Points may vary, as the Company cannot accommodate specific Customer requests for certain products. Products are available only while supplies last and their quantities may be limited. You will not be able to redeem Loyalty Points for purchases unless the Customer has sufficient points for that purchase.
Refunds & Returns :
Any products bought as a result of redemption of Loyalty Points may not be exchanged, refunded or returned. Purchases made with Loyalty Points will ship in the normal course of business.
Loyalty Points Expiration :
All points will be forfeited once the subscription is cancelled. Inactive You cannot use their Loyalty Points and forfeit any points they may have had when their Subscriptions lapsed or was discontinued / cancelled.
Changes to the Loyalty Program :
The Company reserves its rights to change or modify the terms of the Loyalty Program, including the amount of Loyalty Points provided for any Customer action, the time when accumulated points are applied to a Customer’s account, the items available to be obtained in exchange for points, the amount of points necessary to obtain a product, and every other term, condition and aspect of the Loyalty Program in its sole discretion at any time without notice, so it is important to check the  Loyalty FAQ & Terms and Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the Loyalty Program after the date that any such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
The Company may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend or modify any aspect of the Loyalty Program, including the availability of any Program Reward, and/or any Program Reward at any time, without notice. If we terminate the Program, all Loyalty Points will be cancelled with immediate effect.
Loyalty Program Customer Conduct Standards :
You may not spam or send unsolicited emails to persons you do not personally know to collect Loyalty Points and you may not collect Loyalty Points by posting on message boards or other online venues in violation of such venues' terms of use. You agree that your fraudulent or misleading referral activity (for example, by inviting fake people to join the Service, using false names, using multiple email accounts or email addresses to sign up for the Service, impersonating another person or otherwise providing false or misleading information to us) or otherwise trying to circumvent the Loyalty Program is a violation of these Terms and Conditions, which may result in the voiding of your points and termination of your account. In such case, you may also be liable for civil and/or criminal penalties under applicable law.
Loyalty Points Redemption Conditions :
Loyalty Points Redemptions may be taxable, depending on the value of the item and the federal, state, and local tax laws applicable to the Customer. You are solely responsible for reporting such items on their tax returns and paying any associated tax liability. You may not assign or transfer any Loyalty Points. The Company makes no warranty in any respect as to any Loyalty Points, redeemed items, merchandise or service available within the Program.
Program Period :
This Program will continue until terminated, suspended, modified, or converted to another rewards program by the Company (the "Program Period"). If we terminate the Loyalty Program, all Loyalty Points will be cancelled with immediate effect. The Company reserves the right to adjudicate all Loyalty Points discrepancies in its sole discretion and the Customer agrees to abide with any such determination made by the Company.
Release :
By participating in the Program, You release the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising and promotions agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense, including, without limitation, property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of or in any way connected to the Program and/or the use of any redeemed items.
Indemnification :
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Company and its representatives and agents harmless from and against any and all third party claims, demands, liabilities, costs or expenses, including attorney's fees and costs, arising from, or related to any breach by the Customer of any of these Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions or any violation by Customer of applicable law.
Governing Law :
The laws of the United Kingdom shall govern these Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions. The Customer hereby expressly consents to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts located in the UK for all matters arising in connection with these Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions or Customer's participation in the Program.
